Whole-time Director and Chairperson

Mrs. Ranjana Sen is the Chairperson and Whole Time Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since the inception and has over 30 years of experience in the jewellery industry.

She also holds directorship in Senco Gold Artisanship Private Limited, Sennes Fashion Limited, Sombaria Hospitality Private Limited, Sombaria Company Limited, Maruti Realcon Private Limited, Lokenath Dealer Private Limited and Mangoe Construction Private Limited.

Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Suvankar Sen is the Whole Time Director designated as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Science with Honours in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, University of Calcutta. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in business management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has been associated with our Company since 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in the jewellery industry.

He is a Committee and Board member of Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council, ICC Gems and Jewellery panel and ASSOCHEM bullion and jewellery council.

He also holds directorship in Senco Gold Artisanship Private Limited, Senco Global Jewellery Trading LLC, Dubai, Sennes Fashion Limited, The Gems and Jewellery Export Promotion Council, Ankurhati Gems and Jewellery Manufacturers Welfare Association, Raichak Resorts Private Limited, Diamond Prestige Occupants Association, Senco Infrastructure Private Limited, Lokenath Dealer Private Limited, Mangoe Construction Private Limited and Rangbarshi Trading Private Limited.

Whole-time Director

Mrs. Joita Sen is the Whole Time Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English (honors) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and a degree in master’s in arts from Presidency College, University of Calcutta. She has been associated with our Company since 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in designing and marketing. She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and launching brands like Gossip.

She also holds directorship in Senco Gold Artisanship Private Limited, Senco Global Jewellery Trading LLC, Dubai, Sennes Fashion Limited, Raichak Resorts Private Limited, Lokenath Dealer Private Limited, Mangoe Construction Private Limited, Rangbarshi Trading Private Limited, Sombaria Hospitality Private Limited, Sombaria Company Limited and Maruti Realcon Private Limited.

Independent Director

Mr. Kumar Shankar Datta is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a certificate of practice. He has passed the final examination held by Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has over 45 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Project Management, ERP implementation and Management Consulting. He has held finance leadership roles at ITC, Haldia Petrochemicals, Birla Tyres, Rice Group, Jardine Henderson Group, Edcons Group and the ex-CFO of consulting divisions of PWC India and KPMG India. He has been associated with our Company since July 2018.

He also holds directorship in Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Aingenious Consulting Private Limited, Growthops Consulting (OPC) Private Limited, Scmcore Solutions Private Limited and Halder Venture Limited.

Independent Director

Mr. Bhaskar Sen is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree of Bachelor of Commerce (honors) from the University of Calcutta. He has passed the associate examination of the Indian Institute of Bankers (IIB) and is thereby a certified associate (CAIIB) of the Institute. He has experience of more than four decades in the banking sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with United Bank of India as the Chairman and Managing Director, at Dena Bank as an Executive Director, and at Bandhan Bank Limited as an Independent Director. He has been associated with our Company since 2021.

He also holds directorship in Bandhan AMC Limited.

Independent Director

Mr. Shankar Prasad Halder is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a degree of bachelor’s in engineering (BE) in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Bengal Engineering College, University of Calcutta and has over 30 years of experience in both wire line as well as wireless mobile and telecommunication service providers. He started his career with Indian Telephone Industries and subsequently worked with Northern Digital Exchange and Modi Telstra in various roles in mobile technology and telecommunication network. Subsequently, he took up senior leadership roles in Escotel Mobile Communications. He was also the Chief-Operations Development and Quality (CDQ) for India and South Asia at Bharti Airtel Limited. He is presently the founder and chief executive officer of Pinnacle Digital Analytics Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since 2022.

He also holds directorship in CSC Data Services India Limited, Eurekacloud India Private Limited, Pinnacle Digital Analytics Private Limited and CSC Wi-Fi Choupal Services India Private Limited.

Independent Director

Suman Varma is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a master’s degree in comparative literature from the Jadavpur University. She is an advertising and marketing professional with vast experience in the sector and was earlier associated with J Walter Thompson (India), Rediffusion – Y & R (India) and Hamdard Laboratories (India). She also provides consultation to several top corporates on brand building and growth strategies. She has been associated with our Company since 2018.

Apart from Senco Gold Limited, she does not hold directorship in any other body corporates.
